Nathan & Christy Wells

As a husband-and-wife team, we founded Digital Wellsprings based on our combined professional experience and personal convictions. As parents of three children, educators, school counselors, and educational technology specialists, we have spent more than twenty years walking alongside families and students as technology has rapidly reshaped home life, learning, and relationships.

Through our work and our own journey as parents, we’ve seen how the digital world, when left unchecked, can create distance, distraction, and overwhelm. But we’ve also seen how, when approached with wisdom and intentionality, technology can become a powerful tool for learning, creativity, and connection.

Digital Wellsprings was created to guide families through this balance, helping parents navigate technology in ways that preserve connection, nurture spiritual and emotional well-being, and allow children to thrive from birth into young adulthood. Our mission is to equip families with biblical wisdom and research-based strategies that transform technology from a source of stress into a wellspring of growth, connection, and life.

I love people and connection! I knew from a young age that whatever I did when I became a grown-up, I needed to be something where I could connect and work with kids and families! 😀 I thrive best when I am in community! As a mother of 3, former teacher, and school counselor, I have spent the last 20 years working with kids, teens, and families from inner-city, private Christian school, and affluent public school settings, and the biggest challenge that I see is the ever-changing world of technology and the influence it has on our children. The need for true personal connection has never been more crucial than it is today. Let us support you on this journey!

Nathan Wells

One of my favorite things to do is sit with someone over a cup of coffee and learn their story. Hearing how someone has gotten to where they are today and understanding their perspective is deeply important to me. I love learning alongside others and being able to speak hope while offering pathways forward in their journey. This reflects much of the heart behind Digital Wellsprings.

I was most recently the Director of Strategy & Innovation at an educational technology firm, where I led implementations and training for K–12 and higher education, focusing on digital fluency, strategic partnerships, and instructional leadership. Previously, I served as a teacher, tech coach, and Educational Technology Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of speaking at national conferences and authoring curriculum frameworks that support inclusive, innovative learning environments.
